Seating :

Maximum of 8 guests per table
Main table – size can be altered

Decor on tables :

White or Black tablecloths
Overlays must be arranged by your self
All crockery and cutlery items are supplied
All extra décor needs to be arranged by you.

Bar facilities :

Fully stocked bar (an open bar or cash bar can be arranged)
The Vaal River Waterfront Country Lodge must supply all bevereages

Music :

Dancing has to be inside the venue and the outside
doors have to be closed at all times (to limit noise disturbance to our neighbours)

Menus :

Buffet/carvery meals are served from the buffet in the restaurant

Please note: that there is an annual increase in March & September and if this falls into the time frame of your function it will be added to your costs.
